Food And Taste

It is seen that people generally develop a set taste and stick to a fixed menu week after week. This habit provides only certain types of nutrients out of such fixed menu. The eatables must be rotated frequently so that all the vital nutrients are available to the body. For example, some people stick to non-vegetarian food and avoid taking fruits, vegetables and cereals. Note that non-vegetarian foods have abundance of proteins and fats but carbohydrates, fiber, vitamin C, vitamin E and vital mineral elements are totally absent in such foods. Protein present in the meat items contains a particular protein (Amino Acids) which is absolutely notrequired by our body. Such food ultimately adversely affects our liver and kidneys. It also enhances chances of high blood pressure, heart diseases and brain stroke etc.

So the best way to avoid such stuation is - try to develop taste for the food which you may not like but might be having more nutritive value. Don't stick to fixed menu. Go on changing your menu so that you get each and every thing your body requires to remain healthy.

It is better to develop taste for diverse variety of food than to moving to the doctor and taking artificial vitamins and minerals. Take these things in their natural form and avoid taking medicines (say chemicals) to cover up deficiencies.
